What are personal AI and External AIs
Personal AIs are customized AI models by Saner.AI for users, such as Skai and Ally.
External AIs are AI models created by other companies or organizations, such as GPT, Claude, or Gemini
Does message to External AI included in the package?
No, messages to External AIs are not included in the message limit of each package. For instance, if you purchase the Standard package with 100 chat messages and only chat with External AI models, your message balance will remain at 100.
Is Extenal AI price included in the package price?
No, it doesn't.
If you wish to utilize external AI models, you can (1) pay for them separately under a 'pay as you go' model or (2) use your own API Key (check the "My AIs" section in settings)
What is the pricing for External AI?
External AI pricing is calculated on a per-token basis. This pricing structure is separate from the cost of each package and should be considered an additional service.
For details regarding token pricing, please refer to the 'External AIs' section within your account settings in the Saner.ai app
What are your accepted payment methods?
We currently accept all major credit and debit card brands.
What happens when I change plans?
Upgrading your plan: Your account will be upgraded and charged immediately. The amount due will be reduced based on the percentage of the billing cycle left at the time the plan was changed.
Downgrading your plan: Your account will be downgraded at the end of your billing cycle.
You can cancel your plan by go to Saner.ai app -> Settings -> Subscription plan -> Manage subscription
Your invoice will be automatically sent to your email
