1. Can you tell me your name, job, and any other details to give our readers some context?

Hello, I’m Kirsty. I’m an ADHD & Neurodiverse Coach in New Zealand

You can find me on LinkedIn here

2. What was the problem you were trying to solve before using Saner.AI?

I need to keep track of things in my brain and want to put thoughts into order.

3. How did Saner.AI make a difference in solving that problem for you?

    • I love the fact that I can search the information that I already have in the app and just add to that rather than have little bits of the same topic in lots of different places.
  •
    • I also love the fact that I can not only do my research but also write my own notes alongside what I'm finding with my research, it fits how my brain works so well, really keeps me on task, and means that I don't have to keep jumping between platforms

4. What is your current workflow with Saner.AI right now?

Right now, I’m using the app almost daily to organize thoughts, research, and note-taking simultaneously

5. How has your life or work improved since using the app?

First off, I don't have to jump between platforms anymore

Second, the app helps organize my thoughts.

I also think that the mobile app and integrations that the team has planned might help with some of the things that I still need moving forward: a reminder system

6. What would you say to someone hesitant about trying the app?

I am really impressed by the fact that the free version has so much functionality, so many things nowadays (especially in the ADHD market) cost $$ and when you are starting out finding things that work for our brains having something that is free to this extent is amazing - THANK YOU.

7. Any final message you want to give to our readers?

I have suggested this app to a bunch of my clients of all sorts; not sure how many are actually using it, but I will keep doing so because I'm finding it especially helpful 🙂

ChatGPT Dots Alternatives: 5 best agents to use in 2026 (Free & Paid)
I work on the team that builds Saner.AI, an AI personal assistant. That means I've spent the last year watching every "AI that works for you" launch closely, often at 1 a.m. OpenAI shipped ChatGPT Dots on September 29, 2026. After that, I dug through OpenAI's own launch docs, spent hours with each alternative, and read every early user review I could find. This post is for anyone who wants an always-on assistant but doesn't like OpenAI, lives in Europe or the UK, or just doesn't want to hand o

Best AI apps for ADHD Overwhelm: Here are the top 5.
When my ADHD brain hits critical overload, trying to use a traditional productivity system feels like being handed a 500-page instruction manual while my house is on fire. The best single AI app for ADHD overwhelm in 2026 isn't just a to-do list; it acts as a cognitive buffer. It needs
